We miscarried in May at 11 weeks. Started my period exactly 4 weeks later and it lasted 5 days. My period in July was a day late, super heavy for two days and completely stopped after 2 days. A week later I started very lightly spotting (not enough to use a tampon and barely visible on a pad. Just when I wipe) and it comes and goes. I’ve been having lower back pain and feeling a little off so I just took a test and I swear I see a line. What’s confusing is that I’m supposed to ovulate in 4 days so it’s a weird time to get a faint positive if it is one... help!!!
