Holy Moly!!

I’ve been having so much pelvic pain like right on my vagina/vagina lips for the past 10 weeks. (Sorry for the TMI) I just now noticed I have HUGE varicose veins on my lips. They are lumpy and make my vagina feel swollen. I’m 29 weeks and 4 days. I go see my OB next Wednesday will definitely have her look at them but is anyone in the same boat or experienced these?? It’s sooo ugly looking. Do these go away?? Anything I can do for the pain???
