Low carb diet while pregnant?

Hi ladies, I'm considering continuing a semi low carb diet while pregnant and would love your thoughts. I was on keto prior to getting pregnant (and had lost close to 70 lbs) and I am terrified of gaining the weight back. I don't mean to sound vain, its just that I feel so much better physically and mentally since losing weight. I want my little one to get all the nutrients he or she needs while also keeping my health in check. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Gooduck to everyone!
