HELP ME

I know I’m being crazy by asking this but I just need someone to please hit me with answers because google is messing with my head!!!!

A. Had sex with boyfriend no condom, used pull out method and I take my combo birth control pill perfectly (have not missed a pill, or been sick lately).

B. Am having my regular withdrawal bleeding on my placebo week of the pill!

Could I possibly be pregnant??? Here is what google said to freak me the f out.
