So I was taking them up until 10 weeks

I am now 12 weeks. But the last 2 weeks when I took my prenatals I just threw them up 5-10 mins after taking them? So I stopped and my sickness has completely gone away.

Will my baby come out wonky because im not taking prenatals?? I try substitute vitamins with a healthy diet. What I was getting from the vitamins I’ve been eating the equivalent in food form as much as I can.

I’m just afraid I’m a bad mom for not taking them.. this is my first. Any advice and comments are welcome!
