My husband thinks OPKs are weird

So I told my husband I’m buying OPKs today since we are going to start trying November’s cycle. I’m really doing this now for my knowledge.. I want to know what my body is doing and of course it will help when we start trying. My husband thinks it’s weird, dumb even that ovulation tests are a thing when women have gotten pregnant since the beginning of time without knowing when they ovulate. I understand his point of view but at the end of the day it doesn’t change anything it’s just a helpful tool for me. He didn’t mind that I ordered them he just doesn’t understand the need for it.

Is anyone else’s husband or SO like this?
