Extremely confused

So this month I really felt like I was pregnant. I have been nauseated and all the symptoms I had when I was pregnant with my little boy, then I woke up one morning and gushed blood and I was kinda weirded out because I never start my period in the morning, it is always at the same time every month and it is never a random gush. Well, anyways, I put in a tampon. Well, by the next day it was basically gone. Barely any blood at all. By day 3 I wore a panty liner all day and it just tinted it. Well, now it's day 4 and everything has completely stopped. My period usually lasts 5 days and it's never that light and random. And I'm still kinda off and on nauseated, and when me and my husband had sex tonight my cervix bled a little and I'm kinda crampy. I'm so confused. I would love some advice or insight.
