Horrible C-Section SCAR!!!!

I had my 1st c section Jan/2018 and my second March/2019. My scar never looked like this. It looks so so bad. I have looked for hours on google and I cannot find any scar that looks like mine. I am freaking out and i want to go get it checked out. But I was wondering if anyone has some thing like this. Or if you know what it is.
