Had the stretch and sweep done two days ago, been having irregular contractions (not Braxton hicks) but no water break yet.

Currently 37w5d and I think I lost my whole mucus plug? Roughly equivalent to a table spoon of thick discharge, mix of white, nearly clear, and some brown?

Also, I went to feel if there was any of the plug left outside my vagina that didnt come off with the toilet paper and I noticed my whole vulva is a lot looser and more open than it was like a couple days ago? Almost exactly like after I had my first... is that normal? This is my second, I'm sleep deprived, my doctor doesnt answer questions well, and Google isn't helping. TIA.

EDIT! Doctor said I was 3 CM dilated last night
