Frozen transfer questions

Hi girls had my egg retrieval today, which thankfully went really, got 14 eggs so hopefully they're good quality and we get a few blastocysts 🙏🙏

Unfortunately my progesterone is too high to do a fresh transfer so I have to do a frozen transfer. I dont really understand exactly how it works. Can I start the meds as soon as I get my next period? And how long approx does it take from starting meds to actual transfer?

If anyone can give me some answers on this I'd be super grateful!! Thanks!
