Not Gaining Weight


I’m 16 weeks yesterday, and haven’t gained any weight yet. People tell me “lucky your clothes still fit!” But obviously not super interested in that at the risk of my baby.

I’m in the normal BMI range, and intake around 2000 calories of healthy food per day (hitting all my macro goals). I walk around an hour per day (half an hour to work and home).

Should I increase my calories more to try to put on weight? Or does my body and baby just know what they’re doing and I should trust it?

(My Doctor isn’t concerned yet, but I see him next week and reckon he might be).
