Period after miscarriage??

So my husband and I ended up finding out we were exspecting in april. Hes 34 im 30 btw.. During the pregnancy i felt nausea, soar boobs, tired all the norm pregnancy symptoms i ended up loosing a lot of weight suddenly was given a 12 week ultra sound just for making sure everything was going good i went in all was great i started to get headaches had one a week straight i thought all horomonal heading into the 2nd trimester july 4th we were out and i started spotting bright red and decided to go to the er it was a long wait for answers doppler had no heart and ultrasound finally determined our baby had passed 😔 i was kept in the hospital overnight due to the headaches and i went home the next day they said all horomonal.... Well i ended up giving birth at home that next morning and ended up at birthcenter to find out i had not passed placenta so they did a d&c i only bled a week ever since then im having dizzy spells, headaches,mood swings, im just not myself well a couple days a go on Monday i found my self bleeding/spotting bright red but the next day nothing so my question is when does a women start a normal cycle after going through a mc?
