I am going on a beach vacation the exact same week of my period and was wondering if there’s anything I can do to make it come earlier? I know I can use a tampon/cup and wear shorts,etc. but we have already signed up for a scuba diving excursion and other water activities, and even if I’m wearing a tampon/cup there’s still that voice in the back of my head that’s worried I’m gonna leak or something. Not being on my period would just be a lot easier...
