Is it possible???

I have a lot of anxiety so this could be nothing. I haven’t had intercourse since the end of June (took a test, negative) but my boyfriend and I have messed around a lot other then actually having sex. I know this is far fetched but I would appreciate the comments. I have been having strange cramps in my hips and sometimes in areas right where I get period cramps and I have been breaking out just a little. My period is due next week. I’m on birth control (started it in May but I’m still not used to it and nervous about the effectiveness) but I don’t know if I am just making up symptoms and freaking myself out. Is there anyway I could have gotten pregnant from sperm being on hands and somehow stayed alive long enough to get transferred inside my vagina. Please tell me I am being paranoid...
