Nervous

Ladies I got tested for stds last month and was negative and got tested again this month and was negative but I am still scared that I might have something but I have no symptoms. Yesterday I shaved down there and it looks like a bump on right flap should I be worried if I have no other symptoms? Or could it be a razor bump??

UPDATE:

Puss and blood came out and it looks like a boil. It’s still big but i think it’s going down, but could it be a boil or what. I shaved and then the next day I saw it.
