HELP!! I am so confused...implantation bleeding? AF? Pregnant? TMI PIC

TMI PIC!!!! Okay so I was not really ttc, I have a 3 year old step daughter who we have full time, a 15 month old and now potentially one on the way. I’m just very confused with my tests, and cycle. I’ve been off birth control for 2 months. Had 2 normal periods that started on the 27th of each month. So this month it didn’t come at all, it is now 5 days late. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests and they all looked negative, except for one but it could have been an Evap so I’m not sure. This is where it gets confusing. Glow said I ovulated on the 12th, however I did not have sex till the 20th. I’m wondering if maybe I ovulated way later? If that’s the case it would put me at 11 dpo. Ive had twingy cramps here and there which I had when I was early pregnant with my daughter. Then today I passed this, no blood or anything along with it. Could this be implantation or what? I’m so confused! Any thoughts? TIA ladies💖 also the pic of the test is from 4 days ago; all have been negative.
