Fertility supplements?

Has anyone ever tried the fertility supplements and know if they actually help or work? Been trying 6 months, want to try something, boyfriends going to get his sperm checked on Friday hoping all is well✌️☺️

You’d be amazed at all the things that are out there. I’m trying pre-seed for the first time and a new prenatal vitamin that’s suppose to help him and I both.

He’s been taking the “wellman conception supplement” 1 a day been taking it for 3 days now, hope this works💕 I’m going to be getting myself supplements too to see if it helps me too, I already have 2 kids but struggling atm to have a 3rd😭
