Pumping Bras/Tanks?

Question

Anyone have hands free pumping bras or tanks they recommend do wearing all day to work to make pumping easier?? My nips are always at attention and show all the time unless I’m wearing padding. Everywhere I look, they all seem unpadded and thin :\ I really need you guys’ suggestions!

I have Medela tanks....they're amazingly comfortable and they have a removable breast pad and just made really well in general.
