Strange stomach ache?

This morning around 4/5am I woke up to a weird cramps feeling in my stomach. It’s not a bellyache it’s literally the bottom right handside of my stomach close to my hip bone. Sorry to be morbid but you know when you have trapped wind or a stitch? It’s that kind of pain not anything crazy. I’ve gone to the bathroom on multiple occasions I’ve eaten so it’s not hunger. Do you think something is wrong or baby is laying on something all day? It comes and goes
