Heartburn 🥵

So I am experiencing heartburn for the first time EVER and I mean that literally and also one sore boob (my right one) & some slight cramping/nausea. I am currently 2 days late for AF but couldn’t resist testing and got a BFN 😒 Am I still testing to early or what???!!!
