Oky so Im a little new to the pill... just seeking info :)

Im on the pill, and I’ve been regular on taking it on time the latest I’ve taken it was 1-3 minutes after I was supposed to and the earliest was 1-5 minutes before I was supposed to take it (just because I was in a hurry) but last Saturday I had a work meeting and I knew I couldn’t take the pill at the meeting so I took it 40 minutes before 1. (should I be concerned about that)

2. (Important to note that this is my 3rd week on the pill) 3. ( I have been sexually active and he has came inside me while I was on the pill) and lastly 4. ( today I had light spotting is that normal?). Note: my period is like a week away so I guess I’ll start to really worry if I miss my period but I was just seeking input as to some of these (maybe dumb) questions because I’m new at the pill... so thank you for any comments :)
