Body aches
So I’m 7 weeks today and my body hurts. It’s not super painful, but definitely uncomfortable. My lower back aches and my hips are sore. I just want to lay in bed. Even my upper back and shoulder blade area is really tense. Is anyone else experiencing this? My mom says it’s because things are shifting with my spine... but I feel like a 90 year old woman over here.
