Low papp-a issues?

Hey ladies,
My double marker test indicated low pappa value.Had NIPT snd that seems to be low risk.But wanted to know if low pappa is related to any pregnancy risks.Google says a lot of worrisome things,if someone can share any experience it would be very helpful.My Pappa was 0.37 Mom .I am currently in my 21st week

I was diagnosed with low papp-a for my 3rd child. They just did extra ultrasounds and monitored him more closely to make sure he was growing properly. I had pregnancy induced hypertension, but I've had that with all of my pregnancies,  so i'm not sure if that was because of low papp-a. My son was 6 lbs 3oz at birth. I was induced at 39 weeks 4 days for several health reasons, he was perfectly healthy when he was born.
