How do I recover ?

I got fucked really hard and it was amazing until he accidentally slammed into my asshole. I blacked out and had a panic attack and that was ass (I made a joke). My partner said he was sorry and we stopped and he carried me to the bathroom because I thought my ass was bleeding. It’s all good now but how do I recover from this? It hurt really bad I’ve never been in that much pain.
