Help 🤷🏼‍♀️

So I’m kinda confused cuz I just got my positive ovulation test ? I’m a 28 day cycle but I’m on metformin twice a day and then on cycle day 5-9 I’m on letrozole and then I’m on progesterone from cycle day 14-28 so this month my ob told me to come in at cycle day 21 but since that’s a Sunday they want me to come in on the next day I guess my question is do you think I still have a chance of convincing this month with me ovulating I guess kinda later than I thought I usually did and my progesterone being high enough on cycle day 22? I just want to get pregnant with my rainbow baby this month cuz I’m two month I want be able to take letrozole again and I’ll have to go through a fertility specialist and I don’t think we could afford that 😭
