Vaginal sensitivity after taking misoprostol?

I feel like this is the wrong group but here’s a question. I took miso a week and a half ago for a mmc. The bleeding stopped 4 days ago now but I notice anytime we have sex i get like an uncomfortable almost tearing feeling also I will start to bleed only after sex and very lightly then it stops . It’s not that it’s dry but that’s how it feels for a bit then goes away after a few seconds. There’s no different discharge or smell or anything just feels really irritated like as if I just had sex for 3 hours straight sore. Could this be from taking the misoprostol vaginally or 😩 need help but don’t want to run to my dr as I’ve been there too much lately
