So many questions and not enough answers

I lost my baby through miscarriage 4 weeks ago. I have been monitoring my levels to make sure they r going down so I could try again. I got a negative positive on a cheap test last week. Well Monday I went in for blood and my beta was at 8.5. I took another pregnancy test on a early and it was positive twice.

Could I be pregnant or my levels have not still dropped. Please help but please no negative responses or oblivious responses that I would already know.
