No milk on one breast??

I need some advice! I don’t breastfeed strictly pump. And my left breast doesn’t produce any milk. Any tips? I try and pump 3-4 times a day but it’s hard since I have a toddler. I even try massaging it too

What Ashley said! You should be pumping at least 8 times a day if you are exclusively pumping. Basically you should pump each time baby gets a bottle. However, even then you will have a “slacker boob” that produces less than the other

You need to pump more than that. To fully get your milk supply in it needs to be at least 15 minutes every 3 hours.

My left wasn’t producing much either, happened with my first, then my second I was fine now it’s happened all over again so i introduced formula as my baby was fussy and not getting satisfied. Felt guilty for a couple days but he’s fed and he’s happy! Trying to continue nursing and pumping and adding formula to top him off all while having a busy schedule already with two girls one in gymnastics one in piano just made it so overwhelming. My baby just seen the pediatrician this morning, he’s gaining well and looking beautiful as the MD stated.

My left breast only produces about an ounce and that took a while for that ounce to come in. 😭 It’s so weird how our body’s work lol. We all have that slacker boob
