What worked for you to get preggo? Any tips or tricks?

My husband and I have been ttc for over a year now. What tips or tricks helped you to get preggo? How often did you try? Any certain positions? I just want a family so bad and the waiting sucks. Thanks in advance! ❤

Have sex before during and after your fertile days! It worked for me. Also try to eat a healthier diet

Use ovulation tests. Have sex daily during ovulation time of you can. Around the same time each day. Start having sex a day or 2 before your ovulation test looks like it will be positive. Maybe try Preseed. I wouldn’t use the amount they recommend as its a lot. Maybe half or less than half.

Preseed lubrication, Clomid.  Sex every day that month.  Boom pregnant after trying for 13 months.

After a year you can start seeking fertility treatments. Check if your insurance covers it. Even if it doesn’t, you should have an out of pocket maximum. 
Could be something they can fix. Or you could do iui or ivf. Chances with iui are about 20% per cycle (about the same as a fertile couple naturally). Ivf is around 60%. 
My husband has slightly low count so our chances without help are closer to 5%. I like 60% better.
