When to see a doctor?!

I've been off the pill for over a year and this is my cycle pattern. I'm currently on day 40, taken pregnancy tests and both came back negative. When should I see a doctor?

I’m on day 55 today 😫 I stopped birth control in April. Normal period end of April. Nothing may. Period June( like on CD 40)and now nothing sense then! I’m going crazy! I’ve taken a test literally everyday the past 2 weeks. All negative. (Cheap amazon ones but I’m sure it’s accurate) I’ve had mood swings, face break outs, sore boobs and cramps off and on for a month but flo still hasn’t shown her face! 
So while I can’t give you info i sure feel your pain! I’d say go on to the Ob. I tried calling mine today but they’re at lunch.
