Introducing formula

Baby is 3 weeks 5 days I’ve been exclusively pumping since he was 4 days old due to baby not on latching on properly. My milk supply has been low and takes me a full 30 min to 1 hr to pump 3 oz so I decided to start baby on formula as of yesterday. However baby hasn’t pooped as much and I’m staring to get worried since he was constantly pooping after feedings when he was drinking breast milk. Is this normal?
