HSG Procedure

After four failed Femara cycles, got my HSG done today on CD 9.

That asked me to start antibiotic day before, total of 3 days.

They gave me the option of taking Valium so I took it because I wasn’t sure how I’d handle the pain.

They insert the speculum which I’m sure many women are used to but the worst part was when they start injecting the dye as they’re using the X-ray. Then they asked me to shift my hips around which I didn’t know how they wanted me to do all that...

They told me I’ll get my official results Monday but it looked like my left tubes were clear but my right side was inconclusive...

So far, not too much cramping but having some bleeding.

Guess I’ll wait and see what my official results shows.
