This is what baby led weaning looks like for us. I put bits of food on his high chair and he feeds himself. I have a 2.5yo so it's a million times easier for me to give Gus bits of what we eat rather than spoon feeding him. Especially because he throws a tantrum if either myself or his brother is eating without him. This morning is peanut butter toast and vegemite toast. He ate everything pictured then had a quarter of a banana and nursed before and after. He's 6 months on Sunday with no teeth yet and breastfed on demand. We started giving him tastes of food around 5 months.

His current favourite foods are roast chicken, asparagus and roast pumpkin.
