18wk5days cervix pain

I will be 19wk on Saturday and last couple of days I’ve been experiencing cervix pain- like a needle going through it (sorry best way to describe it) and it hurts

This is my 6th baby (I got pregnant 2mth post partum) and I’m high risk for preterm birth (4/5 of my children born premature with earliest being prom at 24wk; born at 26wk)

I have had no bleeding or spotting, I think it would be too early for lighting crotch pain?!

Is anyone else around this gestation feeling pain in the cervix?!

I go biweekly for cervix measurement and see my high OB, last measurement was still good

But perhaps I should call office tomorrow and let them know pain in the cervix
