Uti maybe?

I’m currently 28weeks pregnant and I think I have a uti. For maybe over a week or two. But after sex today I’m much much more uncomfortable. It’s hurting and I can’t sleep and I need to pee even if I just stood up from peeing but not a lot is coming out either time.

I’m having some pain in my belly but I’m not positive if it’s associated. I’m genuinely uncomfortable and I’m not positive on what I should do. Should I wake up my boyfriend to take me to the ED? Or should I just do my best to ignore it and call my midwife in the morning? I have a prenatal visit scheduled for the 5th but like I mentioned I’m very uncomfortable and don’t know if it’s a good idea to wait till then?
