Left is Before, Right is about 10 days after. I know left is kinda blurry but it's all I had.

My dog had an allergic reaction to something her paws came into contact with and lost part of her paw pad.

I took her to the Vet where they gave her a corticosteroid. I've been putting the cream on for a couple weeks along with dog socks and a cone.

Vet said she has a 50/50 chance of growing the pad back.

Has anyone had something similar happen and can tell me how long it took for the pad to grow back? And does it look like it's growing back to anyone?

I feel like I completely failed her since I'm supposed to keep her safe. I've been hoping and praying it'll come back because I feel so guilty.
