Little Attitude
Good morning moms!
I have a handsome 9 month old (almost 10!) and I’m just not sure what to make of his attitude he’s got lately.
He slaps thing out of my hands, smacks/rips at my face or tries to rip my glasses off of my face (I’m switching to contacts after holidays) and it’s one thing to do it to me or his father but now he’s doing it to strangers who get close to him. (One lady yesterday did not look impressed at all, but at the same time he’s only a baby).
Being a first time mom, is this normal for him to do at this age? Will this pass? I don’t think he’s quite old enough for some type of discipline so I’m not sure what to do to teach him to be nice. The only thing I do now is I get in a deep stern voice and say “no, that’s not nice! Be nice to mommy, mommy is nice to you” I take and hold his hand but he just thinks that’s funny and usually does it again.
Please tell me he’s not going to be awful when he’s older 😅
