Calcium supplements
I am taking the Mega food baby and me 2 prenatal. I noticed that it does not contain calcium or magnesium. Is anyone else taking this vitamin? Do you supplement with calcium? My Dr said it would be a good idea but didnt recommended any supplement. Looking for a good Calcium supplement that's USP approved. What are you all taking or suggest I take?
