I’m so confused and nervous I’m going to the emergency room

This is when my cycle should have started.

This is when my cycle started.

And this is today four days after my cycle ended. But now I’m spotting and cramping as if my cycle is going to start all over again.

This was day two of my cycle last week some time.

Can someone please help me or give me some advice I’m so confused and nervous. I posted anonymous because I don’t want to be judged.

Edit: the third pic is when my cycle should have started and the first pic is today when I started spotting. The second pic is when I actually started my cycle. The pics got mixed up. The clot is from when I had my cycle and the light pink spotting is from today. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m sorry if I’m confusing but I need some help. Please.
