we had sex with a condom and he ejaculated and then he used a tissue to clean up. and then we had sex again without a condom would i get pregnant from precum even though he didn’t finish this time?

Yes. Precum in some cases can contain rogue sperm that could impregnate you but in your case you increased that chance as the precum would be leaking into you with any remaining sperm that was in his urethra.
