This is my first pregnancy and I’m freaking out, my boobs aren’t really hurting anymore and I only get waves of nausea ! Is this normal ? My hcg level was 450 at 4 weeks 5 days . I’m trying not to stress for the babies sake but it’s hard😩 also my tongue has thrush on it . Please help
