Bleeding during First Trimester

I was wondering if anyone had bled alil during their first trimester. im about 4-5 weeks & couldn’t be seen by doctor til tuesday 8/6 & today is friday 8/2. i had bleeding alil more than just spotting it lasted for two bathroom uses so it was there only when i wiped. then woke up this morning to very very small about of spotting. no blood clots or nothing. had very slight cramps barely felt anything but im so nervous bc i’ve heard many women having a painless & small bleed miscarriage.
