Please help I'm in a lot of pain

I'll be 14 in September I'm a virgin I have never even kissed a boy my period just ended yesterday i felt fine all day up until about 5pm and i thought i had a uti but I havnt been able to really open my legs to even walk and the bone right above my clit really hurts it feels like (when you do the splits all the way down and you have never done them before and you get that sharp pain in your vagina) it also looks like the lips of my vagina are swollen does anybody know what's wrong or what this might be please help I'm in a lot of pain
