Does your doctor measure your belly??

My doctor has yet to get out the measuring tape to actually measure my belly. At my appointment a month ago he just used his hand as a guide and I went again today and he didn’t even bring it up. I’ve been measuring myself at home for reassurance. So I know he’s growing. I’m just also annoyed because everyone keeps telling me my belly is small. I feel like I have to explain that I have a long torso and that every woman carried differently. No my bump will never be way up high and it has nothing to do with the fact that I’m having a boy as to why I’m carrying low.... ugh so frustrated!!
