Preeclampsia after birth

I was 37+ some days when in a normal check up my urine had protein plus my bp came back high. I was sent to the hospital to get induced. I was induced literally for about 4 days. At the hospital my bp was coming back normal, it did peak while I was delivering. I had an appointment at my clinic a week after birth & the first time they checked my bp, it came back high, a while later they checked it again & it came back normal. I’m so paranoid over the symptoms that the moment I feel a headache I start panicking meanwhile I have low iron & with a newborn my sleeping schedule is so messed up that it makes me feel like I have a hangover. Am I still at high risk for preeclampsia to get worse? The worry is making my anxiety even worse🤕
