Help...I'm always hungry 😫
Hi ladies! I'm currently 8+5 with my first and can't get enough to eat/can't eat a lot at once already. I'm already overweight so I'm not trying to put on weight with this pregnancy. I've been trying to focus on eating smaller portions and focus on healthy proteins and veggies/fruits (craving fruits and veggies) but I'm still hungry again like an hour later. I've been drinking tons of water too because I'm constantly thirsty. If I eat a normal portion like I would have before pregnancy I'm uncomfortable for hours after. It's just past midnight now and I'm STARVING. I don't want to get in a habit of eating in the middle of the night though. Does anyone have any advice on a before bed snack to get me though the nights? Thanks! ☺️
