freaking out

i never get yeast infections but i have a decently bad one right now - tons of chunky discharge & itchiness. i have some cramping & i can’t tell if my veins look more pronounced or if they have always been that way. i haven’t had sex in three months & i had an abdominal ultrasound 9 weeks after sex & there was nothing there & she said my uterine wall looked really thin like it does right before or after a period & i was bleeding at the time so that had to have been my period and i am overreacting for no reason right!? i’m not pregnant!?
