Braxton Hicks or baby turning?

I’m currently 37+6 and have been booked in for a cesarean on the 14th as baby is breach. However last night I was woken up by the most intense pain! It lasted about 2 mins and felt like a bad period pain but throughout the whole time baby was moving CRAZY. I haven’t had any Braxton Hicks so far, so wondering if that’s what it was or if the pain was the baby flipping itself down the right way? Would that even hurt? She hasn’t moved much since which worries me (will be trying all the tricks to get her to move this morning tho!)
