Suicidal thoughts
This is very embarrassing but I need to tell someone.
I tend to have suicidal thoughts the week prior to my period, I always have had them but they get stronger around the end of my 3rd week based on my birth control. Do you think birth control has worsen my depression. I can’t tell anyone I know, they’ll think I’m crazy and I will lose their trust.
