Incest

Would it be considered incest if a girl dated her half brother’s half brother? She & her brother share a mother, and the brothers share a dad, and the girl never grew up with her brother’s brother or saw each other. Curious bc my brother’s brother was trying to flirt with me. Not saying I’m going to date him. Just wanted to see what other people thought lol. Sorry if wrong place to post.
